Hi Everyone,
We came to New Smyrna Beach about 11 years ago and purchased our townhouse. Since that time we have
grown to love the area. We decided to purchase a home near by, in Port Orange. New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located
to major highways and several airports. Then, there is the beach!!! Designated as one of Florida's most "Beautiful
Beaches." and in the Top 20 "Best Beaches" in the world by National Geographic. As stated by the University
for Florida Eviormentalist, "This is one of the few Coastal Hardwood Hammocks left".
We have rented our townhouse for 12 years and enjoy meeting new, as well as, returning guest.
